Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist at our New Delhi location. The Customer Support Specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide technical support, and ensure satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions to contribute to improved processes and services.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and a focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers
- Experience providing Technical Support with attention to detail
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for identifying issues and innovating solutions
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field is preferred
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles or D2C (FMCG) industries is advantageous
