Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Customer Support Specialist. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, with a strong focus on achieving Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills, including empathy, active listening, and clear communication
- Experience with Technical Support and the ability to troubleshoot effectively
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and improving processes
- Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a remote environment
- Previous experience in a customer support or related role is an advantage
- Exposure to the gaming industry or knowledge of player support is a plus
