Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist based in Bengaluru. The role involves delivering high-quality customer service by addressing client inquiries, providing solutions to customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing communication via phone, email, and chat, maintaining accurate records of interactions, escalating issues to the appropriate teams, and assisting with troubleshooting and guidance for clients. The Customer Support Specialist acts as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure service excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client satisfaction
- Excellent communication abilities, including written and verbal skills, to handle interactions through phone, email, and chat
- Proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting client inquiries or issues
- Familiarity with customer support tools and software is an advantage
