Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist based in Thiruvananthapuram. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will handle client inquiries, provide effective solutions to customer concerns, ensure customer satisfaction, and assist with technical support. You will be required to build strong relationships with clients and demonstrate excellent problem-solving and communication skills to deliver a seamless customer experience.

- Demonstrates strong Interpersonal Skills to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients
- Experience in Technical Support and ability to address troubleshooting concerns
- Exhibits exceptional Analytical Skills for evaluating customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey clear and concise information
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or a diploma in a relevant field is preferred
