Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Gurugram. This on-site role involves providing exceptional customer service and technical support across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. The Customer Support Specialist will address customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and strive to resolve concerns efficiently. They will also contribute to maintaining high service standards and providing valuable insights into customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to effectively address and resolve client inquiries and concerns.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build positive relationships and ensure a courteous and professional approach to customer interactions.
- Ability to provide Technical Support and troubleshoot issues with a focus on accurate and timely resolutions.
- Analytical Skills to assess customer issues and identify long-term solutions and opportunities for improvement.
- Proficiency in communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
- Prior experience in a technical support, customer service or call center role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred, though open to equivalent work experience.
