Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Chandigarh, India. The Customer Support Specialist will handle customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and deliver exceptional service. The role involves communicating effectively with customers, troubleshooting concerns, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and resolutions.

- Technical Support experience and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
