Designation - Customer Support Executive
Location - Goregaon
Shift window - Rotational Shifts
Working Days - 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational week-offs
CTC - Up to 4.00 LPA
Role & responsibilities-
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, chats, or emails professionally.
- Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, orders, or complaints
- Ensure first contact resolution (FCR) and maintain customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to quality guidelines.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels appropriately.
- Meet performance KPIs such as AHT, quality, attendance, and productivity.
- Stay updated on product/process knowledge through regular training sessions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work in Rotational shifts
Eligibility-
- HSC (12th Pass) : Relevant experience in Customer service required
- Graduates : Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply
