Customer Support Executive:
✨ Freshers & Entry-level candidates can apply
✨ Excellent verbal & written communication skills
✨ Ability to handle chats, calls & emails professionally
✨ Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
✨ Customer-first mindset with empathy and patience
✨ Basic Excel & system handling knowledge preferred
✨ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
CS Quality Associate (Experienced):
✨ Minimum 1+ years of experience in CS Quality
✨ Audit customer interactions across chats, calls & emails
✨ Share actionable feedback and improvement plans with the team
✨ Conduct refreshers and training sessions on communication & process adherence
✨ Monitor customer experience metrics and identify improvement areas
✨ Strong understanding of quality frameworks, SOPs & customer handling standards
✨ Excellent coaching, analytical & reporting skills
✨ Good knowledge of Excel, QA scorecards & performance tracking
