Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Support Specialist based in the Vadodara metropolitan area. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will handle day-to-day customer inquiries, provide support to aligner users, address and resolve complaints, and ensure a seamless customer experience. You will collaborate with other team members to deliver exceptional service and uphold customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and a demonstrated ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Experience in providing Technical Support and addressing customer concerns effectively
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify customer issues and provide solutions
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers
- Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
