Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant for a full-time, on-site role located in Noida. The role involves providing excellent customer support, addressing client inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication. The individual will serve as a main point of contact for customers, handle and resolve concerns promptly, and contribute to enhancing overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction to address customer needs effectively and professionally.
- 6 months of documented experience in customer support.
- Intermediate.
- Good communication.
- Work from office with 24/7 rotational shifts.
- 5 days working 2 days week off rotational.
- Immediate Joiners.
- Expected CTC between 25K-28K per month.
