We're looking for
Customer Support Specialists!
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions across calls, emails, and chat channels
- Quickly assess customer concerns and provide accurate, timely resolutions
- Understand customer needs and deliver support that exceeds expectations
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, company updates, and internal processes through regular training
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
- Meet defined performance metrics, productivity targets, and quality standards
- Work independently while effectively identifying and escalating critical issues when required
- Track and manage individual performance aligned with team and organizational goals
