Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Associate located in Jaipur. The Customer Support Associate will focus on addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive overall experience. Additional responsibilities include supporting sales activities, delivering quality assistance, and participating in ongoing training to enhance service delivery. Professionals in this role will play a key part in fostering lasting customer relationships and driving satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Support, Customer Experience, and delivering excellent Customer Service
- Skills in Sales and the ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Capability to conduct and participate in Training programs to maintain high service standards
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills for effective interaction with diverse groups
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and adapt within a collaborative work environment
- Previous experience in a BPO or similar customer-facing role is an advantage
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus
