About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our growing team in the Travel & Expense (T&E) SaaS domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, ensuring seamless user experience, and providing timely resolutions.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer queries via email, chat, and calls in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product support and resolve issues related to the SaaS platform
- Work closely with internal teams (Product, Tech, Operations) for issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
- Assist in onboarding and training customers when required
Requirements- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support (preferably in SaaS or T&E domain)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of SaaS products and workflows
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Customer-first attitude with attention to detail
Work Schedule & Flexibility- Must be flexible to work in evening and US shifts
- Should be open to working on weekends (with compensatory off provided)
