Job Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with strong communication and problem-solving skills to manage customer queries, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and meetings
• Understand customer concerns and provide timely resolutions
• Coordinate with the Tech Team for issue diagnosis and closure
• Train users on platform usage and support adoption
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
Required Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer handling and coordination abilities
• Ability to understand customer requirements effectively
• Good problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM/support tools
Preferred:
• Experience in B2B customer support/customer success roles
• SaaS industry experience will be an added advantage
