Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Specialist role based in Indore. The responsibilities include providing excellent customer support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The role requires effective communication, a focus on customer needs, and collaboration with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle inquiries and ensure client happiness
- Interpersonal skills to build customer relationships and communicate effectively
- Technical Support and Analytical Skills for resolving issues and finding workable solutions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
