Job details:
We’re looking for a proactive and empathetic person with strong copywriting skills to handle customer support tickets for Memorae. This is an on-site position in our office in New Delhi.
Working schedule: Friday to Tuesday (fixed shift)
Responsibilities
- Responding to support tickets in Zoho Desk with a modern, human, and clear tone
- Identifying and categorizing incidents following our internal guide
- Escalating technical or business-related issues when needed
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically
- High level of written English (C1+ preferred)
- Organized and autonomous
Compensation
41.000 INR monthly, with the goal to grow inside the company.
