🚀 We’re Hiring | International Voice (US Insurance / US Healthcare)
📍 Work Location: Noida & Pune
🕒 Shift: Night Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST)
📅 Working Days: 5 Days a Week
💼 Role: Senior Process Executive (SPE) – P&C
💰 Experience & CTC:
✔ 0–1 Year (Freshers with excellent communication) – Up to ₹3 LPA
✔ 1–4 Years (International Voice) – Up to ₹6.9 LPA
✔ 5–9 Years (International Voice) – Up to ₹7.31 LPA
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 2 years of International Voice Experience
• Experience in US Insurance / US Healthcare preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Good understanding of technical terms
• Willing to join within 15 days (Immediate joiners preferred)
• Graduation Mandatory
🌟 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
• Ensure high customer satisfaction & query resolution
• Maintain accuracy, productivity & cycle time standards
• Perform policy transactions & data entry tasks
• Assist in premium booking & business support activities
• Work on data integrity & reporting tasks
• Support training, QA & supervisory functions
• Mentor new joiners (buddy role)
🎯 Additional Information:
• 🚖 Cab facility available (within 30 KM radius)
• 🧪 Versant Test will be conducted post Technical / HR / Ops rounds
