Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Specialist role based in Mumbai. The Customer Support Specialist will provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving customer concerns. Responsibilities include maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, offering technical support, and efficiently handling customer interactions to improve their experience with LangShip solutions. The role entails working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively and timely.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to address and resolve customer inquiries professionally
- Interpersonal Skills to ensure empathetic and effective communication with diverse customer groups
- Technical Support experience involving troubleshooting and assisting users with technical issues
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate situations and provide data-driven solutions
- Ability to thrive in an on-site team environment and collaborate effectively
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
