Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kanpur for a Customer Support Specialist. The role involves providing exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include answering customer questions, assisting with technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a positive relationship with clients through effective communication. - Proven skills in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- Proficiency in Technical Support and troubleshooting to resolve customer inquiries
- Critical thinking and Analytical Skills to evaluate and solve customer issues effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role is an advantage
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus
