Job Summary:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the PhonePe CX Domestic Process. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a seamless customer experience through non-voice support channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.
- Provide accurate information and resolution within defined timelines.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required.
- Follow company processes, compliance, and quality standards.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in customer service preferred (Insurance background preferred).
- Good written communication skills (B2 level).
- Versant score: 60 & above.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
- Willing to work 6 days a week from office.
