Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position for a Customer Support Specialist located in Gurugram. In this role, you will provide high-quality customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. Responsibilities will include responding to customer questions, ensuring customer satisfaction, offering technical support when needed, and identifying areas for improvement based on customer feedback. You will act as a key touchpoint between customers and the organization, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to address inquiries and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate and build positive relationships with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in Technical Support to troubleshoot and resolve product or service-related technical issues efficiently.
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate customer feedback and identify areas of improvement in support services.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure to meet customer needs effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred.
- Experience in EdTech or education-related service industries is an added advantage.
