Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist, based in Jaipur. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing timely and efficient support to customers, resolving their inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Daily tasks may include responding to customer queries via email, phone, or chat, offering technical guidance, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and assisting with customer retention and satisfaction initiatives. Collaboration with other teams to address issues and provide feedback will also be part of the responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Support, with a focus on resolving queries and addressing customer needs effectively
- Strong Interpersonal Skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to communicate clearly
- Ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction through consistent and efficient service
- Familiarity with Technical Support processes and troubleshooting techniques
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to diagnose issues, identify trends, and recommend solutions
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service, communication, or related fields
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other customer service platforms is a plus
