Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Customer Support Specialist will handle customer interactions to ensure high levels of satisfaction through efficient problem resolution and responsive service. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, providing technical support, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver excellent service and manage client expectations effectively.
- Proficiency in Technical Support, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients.
- Analytical Skills to interpret data, solve problems, and implement improvements for customer processes and experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Prior experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
