🚀 We’re Hiring: Customer Support Intern at FIRVT
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Intern to join Firvt and help us deliver a seamless customer experience. If you enjoy interacting with people and solving problems, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer queries via chat, email, and social platforms
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive tone
• Track and follow up on customer requests
• Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolutions
• Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
Who We’re Looking For:
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset
• Quick learner with strong attention to detail
• Basic understanding of customer handling or willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
