About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team based in India. In this pivotal role, you will support two of our flagship brands, Langship AI and AI Bootcamp, ensuring our customers and program participants receive exceptional service and assistance. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a key point of contact for support inquiries, resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and empathy. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where your problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach will directly impact the success and satisfaction of our community.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer support and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A solid understanding of technical troubleshooting and support is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience working remotely and managing multiple priorities simultaneously is highly valued. Familiarity with AI tools, platforms, or bootcamp-style training programs is a plus, though not mandatory. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred, reflecting a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely, professional, and empathetic support to customers and program participants via email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with platform onboarding and program-related challenges.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams to ensure swift resolution.
- Document customer feedback, recurring issues, and support interactions to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Assist in refining support workflows, updating documentation, and enhancing internal tools to optimize customer experience.
- Collaborate across Langship AI and AI Bootcamp teams to maintain consistency in support quality and messaging.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention efforts by delivering high-quality, personalized support.
