About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team based in India. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional support for our two flagship brands, Langship AI and AI Bootcamp. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, offering timely, professional, and empathetic assistance across multiple channels including email, chat, and support tickets. You will work closely with our technical and program teams to troubleshoot issues, facilitate onboarding, and ensure a seamless experience for our customers and program participants. This position offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of AI education, contributing directly to customer success and satisfaction in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Occasional travel to our Berlin, Germany office is expected approximately every four months, providing opportunities for in-person collaboration and strategic planning.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in customer support, with a demonstrated ability to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, enabling effective engagement with diverse individuals. Technical proficiency in troubleshooting platform issues and providing clear guidance is required, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The candidate should be highly organized and comfortable managing multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously in a remote setting. Familiarity with AI tools, educational bootcamp programs, or online learning platforms is a plus. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field is preferred, though not mandatory if complemented by relevant skills and experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely, professional, and empathetic support to customers and program participants across various communication channels.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide users through platform features and onboarding processes.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to internal teams when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and recurring issues to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product, technical, and content teams to enhance support workflows, documentation, and internal tools.
- Contribute to the development of FAQs, help articles, and support resources to empower users and reduce resolution times.
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience across both Langship AI and AI Bootcamp brands.
- Support initiatives aimed at increasing customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement with our educational programs and platforms.
