Roles & Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries through live chat in a clear and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order updates, issue resolution, and general questions.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow company guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams for quick issue resolution.
- Meet daily/weekly targets such as response time, accuracy, and quality of service.
- Ensure a positive customer experience at all times.
Skills Required
- Good written communication skills.
- Fast and accurate typing ability.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask.
- Problem-solving and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple chats at once (if required).
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (based on process).
