Role Description

- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers
- Experience providing Technical Support and resolving technical inquiries
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify trends and implement effective solutions
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- Prior experience in customer service roles is an advantage
