Creatium is an AI-powered platform helping businesses build smarter customer experiences. We're growing fast and looking for a Customer Support Manager to join us remotely from India.
This is a high-ownership role. You'll work directly with our VP of Operations and leadership team, own the support function end-to-end, and be the bridge between our customers and our product.
What you'll do:
- Own customer support across all channels, from queries to escalations
- Define and enforce SLAs across all support tiers
- Build workflows, playbooks, and help documentation from the ground up
- Feed customer insights directly back to product and engineering
- Use AI tools to make support faster and smarter
What we're looking for:
- 3 to 5 years in customer support or customer success at a tech or SaaS company
- Someone who genuinely understands tech and products, not just tickets
- Hands-on experience with AI tools
- Startup DNA — comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Available to work hours overlapping with US time zones (EST/PST)
- Based in India (Remote)
