Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Customer support Specialist who can quickly understand our product and provide timely, accurate responses to client queries. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset to ensure uninterrupted support and high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the product functionality, workflows, and common issues
- Respond to client queries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems
- Provide first-level troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for escalations when required
- Maintain proper documentation of client issues and resolutions
- Ensure timely updates and follow-ups with clients
- Work in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support
Requirements
- Good understanding of software / SaaS products (training will be provided)
- Very good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
- Basic technical understanding and eagerness to learn
- Shift: Rotational (24/7 support)
