Role OverviewWe are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who believes that great customer service is not just a job, but a responsibility. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in structured environments, value consistency, and take pride in doing the basics exceptionally well—every single day.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer support via calls, chats, and emails
- Resolve parent/student queries with accuracy, empathy, and speed
- Follow defined processes and SOPs rigorously without deviation
- Ensure consistent and reliable support experience across all interactions
- Take end-to-end ownership of customer issues until resolution
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Continuously work towards improving customer satisfaction and experience
