Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via email, chat, and calls with clarity and professionalism
- Understand customer issues quickly and provide accurate, effective solutions
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams while maintaining ownership
- Track, manage, and resolve support tickets within defined timelines
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and resolutions
- Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve product or processes
- Ensure a consistently positive customer experience across interactions

- Good problem-solving and listening skills
