Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Customer Support Specialist will provide high-quality customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling technical support requests, analyzing customer feedback, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining clear communication with customers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement
- Experience in providing Technical Support, including problem-solving and troubleshooting
- Analytical Skills to evaluate customer needs and identify solutions quickly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in handling customer interactions in multiple languages is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related areas will be considered an advantage
