Role Description
The Customer Support Specialist is a full-time on-site role based in Noida. The primary responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries, providing exceptional support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include delivering technical support, troubleshooting reported issues, and assisting clients in optimizing their experience with our solutions. The role requires clear and professional communication with customers to resolve their concerns efficiently and foster strong relationships.
Qualifications
- Excellent Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to effectively address and resolve customer concerns.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Proficiency in Technical Support and a basic understanding of AI or software-based tools (preferred).
- Analytical Skills to assess customer needs, identify technical issues, and propose suitable solutions.
- Ability to work in an on-site setting and collaborate with team members effectively.
- Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems is a plus.
