Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, documentation, and coordination with multiple stakeholders. Candidates based in Lucknow with relevant experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer queries and provide timely, accurate resolutions
- Maintain organized records, documentation, and official files
- Prepare and process application forms and related paperwork
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with organizational standards
- Coordinate with government departments and officials as required
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and documentation
- Travel locally for official submissions and coordination work
- Support internal teams with backend and administrative activities
Skills & Competencies- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and internet tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of documentation and record management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Quick learner with adaptability to new systems and processes
- Familiarity with email communication, chat platforms, and CRM tools
Qualifications- Graduate in any stream (Agriculture background preferred)
