About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Executive to join our team at TP in Kolkata. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering superior customer support and are eager to work in a fast-paced, international environment. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries via chat and voice channels. The position offers an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates alike to develop their skills in customer engagement, problem-solving, and communication. The role requires adaptability to rotational shifts, including night shifts, within a flexible shift window between 4 pm and 10 am, ensuring continuous service coverage for our global clients.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a minimum qualification of HSC or graduation. Freshers are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided to develop necessary skills. Excellent communication skills in English are essential, along with a positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset. Prior experience in BPO voice or non-voice customer service is advantageous but not mandatory. Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts, including nights, and be available for immediate joining. A proactive approach and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently are key qualities we seek in prospective employees.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through chat and voice channels, primarily for international clients.
- Provide accurate and timely information to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot technical or service-related issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate departments.

- Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to enhance service delivery skills.
