Job Title: Customer Support Advisor – US Process (ACA)
About the Role
Looking for energetic, confident, and career-focused professionals to join our growing team as Customer Support Advisors for the US ACA (Affordable Care Act) Process.
In this role, you will interact with US-based customers, assist them in understanding ACA healthcare plans, and guide them through the enrollment process. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who possess excellent English communication skills and are comfortable working in a fast-paced international process environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls with US-based customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and assess eligibility for ACA health insurance plans.
- Explain the benefits of subsidized or $0 healthcare plans.
- Guide customers through the enrollment and onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance with company and process guidelines.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent spoken English communication skills are mandatory.
- Comfortable working in night shifts / US process.
- Strong interpersonal, convincing, and customer-handling skills.
- Punctual, dedicated, and target-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
