Key Responsibilities
- Assist in inspecting customer articles such as sneakers, footwear, handbags, and luxury accessories to determine required services.
- Support in preparing service estimates and recommending appropriate cleaning or restoration options.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure proper processing of customer articles.
- Assist the customer support team by providing preliminary estimates for online queries.
- Communicate with customers via chat or calls to explain services and inspection outcomes.
- Maintain professional customer handling with strong attention to detail.
- Learn about luxury brands, restoration techniques, and service standards.
