Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Customer Support Representative to join our team at our on-site office in Jaipur. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing customer communications, troubleshooting problems, and following established protocols to enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of their needs and concerns.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service to deliver a seamless experience for clients.
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers.
- Proven ability in Customer Satisfaction, ensuring positive engagement and issue resolution.
- Experience in Troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Proactive mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications or training in customer support are advantageous.
