Position Title: Customer Support Representative
Timing: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. IST
Job Type: Full time, Remote
Responsibilities
- Handle Queries, Requests and Complaints from customers tactfully.
- Class management, Exam bookings, certifications and any other operational task.
- Follow standard processes and procedures when it comes to providing the solution.
- Provide Customer service at every interaction, ensuring end-to-end resolution by taking complete ownership of the customer in every transaction.
- Achieve superior customer engagement and ensure a significant improvement in customer experience.
- Must be able to overcome objections and handle customer pushback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- Proficiency in English skills, both writing and verbal
- 1 or 1+ year of experience, Fresher’s can also apply.
