Customer Support Associate (Inbound - US)
Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA (Fixed) + ₹1L retention bonus + Relocation support (one way flight + two weeks accommodation )
One Way Cab + Transport Allowance allowance + Other Benefits
Shift: Rotational (5 days working, 2 days off)

Role Highlights:
- Handle global customers via chat & calls
- Support billing, subscriptions & account queries
- Guide users on product usage & admin tools
- Identify upsell & renewal opportunities
Ideal Profile:
- 1–6 years experience in International BPO / Customer Support / Sales
- Exposure to SaaS / digital environments preferred
- Strong communication skills (Global English)
- Comfortable with rotational shifts
