Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Representative located in Malad. The role entails providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling customer interactions via phone, email, or chat with professionalism, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and adhering to company policies and procedures. The position also involves collaborating with team members to enhance support processes and deliver optimal solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal and written communication
- Customer service abilities, such as empathy, problem-solving, and patience
- Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple customer interactions effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer interactions
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to different customer needs
- Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications or training in customer service is a benefit
