Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Representative role based in New Delhi. The Customer Support Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, providing product information, managing communication channels, and assisting clients throughout their service journey. The role also involves troubleshooting concerns and maintaining customer relations to enhance overall service experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Proven abilities in Communication and Customer Satisfaction to create positive client interactions
- Problem-solving and Troubleshooting skills to effectively address customer concerns
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and basic computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Hindi is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a professional demeanor
- Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
Salary
25000 to 30000 in hand
