Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our Core Team. In this role, you will handle customer interactions, and support day-to-day operational activities. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and continuous process improvement.
This role is ideal for professionals with 1–3 years of international customer support experience who are eager to grow in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels
- Understand customer issues and provide accurate, timely resolutions
- Process customer requests, forms, applications, and service-related tasks
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and complaints in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively
- Ensure adherence to customer service standards and processes
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve service efficiency
- Escalate issues to the supervisor or project manager when required
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in international customer support
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent email and phone etiquette with active listening skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service practices
- Good documentation and analytical skills
- Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM systems)
Preffered Skills:
- Exposure to OpEx or process-driven environments
- Basic team coordination or mentoring experience
- Willingness to work rotational shifts (day/night)
