Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Customer Support Representative. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing support through various communication channels, troubleshooting issues, and delivering seamless service to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to effectively assist and engage with clients
- Proficiency in addressing Customer Satisfaction needs and resolving concerns promptly
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and professional interactions
- Experience in Troubleshooting and problem-solving to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team while managing individual responsibilities
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage
- Proficiency in relevant computer systems and CRM software is preferred
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer support with D2C brand
