This job is for Little Dentist sister company Apollo Digital. Apollo Digital is a performance marketing agency that helps dental clinics grow by generating high-quality patient leads. We don't just run ads, we deliver real patients walking into our clients' clinics. To make that happen, we need someone who can turn those leads into booked appointments.
About the Role
You'll be the first human voice a potential patient hears after showing interest in one of our partner dental clinics. Your job is simple but important: call the lead, understand what they need, share the right information about the clinic, and book them an appointment.
This is a high-volume calling role where empathy, patience, and persistence matter more than a sales script. Patients are often nervous about dental visits, and your warmth on the phone is what gets them to actually show up.
What You'll Do
- Call fresh leads generated through our marketing campaigns for dental clinic clients
- Understand the patient's concern (pain, cosmetic, consultation, etc.) and listen properly before pitching anything
- Share clinic-specific details such as timings, location, services offered, and what to expect
- Book appointments and confirm them with both the patient and the clinic
- Follow up consistently with leads who didn't pick up, were busy, or were "thinking about it." Most appointments are booked on the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th call, not the first
- Maintain clean records of every call: status, notes, next follow-up date
- Coordinate with the clinic team to align on availability and patient details
Who We're Looking For
- Comfortable speaking on the phone for most of the day
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- Polite, patient, and persuasive, not pushy
- Doesn't get discouraged by rejections or unanswered calls
- Basic comfort with a CRM, Google Sheets, or any lead tracking tool
- Prior experience in tele-calling, customer support, or appointment booking is preferred but not required. Attitude matters more
