About the Role
We are hiring Customer Support Executives to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers, this is a great opportunity to build your career while working from home.
Responsibilities
- Contact customers via phone.
- Understand customer requirements and provide the appropriate assistance.
- Answer customer queries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Follow up with customers when required.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Hindi and Telugu
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Compensation & Benefits
- ₹10,000/month during the first 2 months.
- ₹20,000/month after successful completion of 2 months, based on performance.
