🚨 We’re Hiring: Customer Support Executive | Anayna (Jaipur) 🚨
At Anayna, we believe fashion is more than just products. It is about building lasting relationships with our customers. We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the voice of Anayna across chat, email, and calls
• Resolve customer queries with empathy, efficiency, and clarity
• Work closely with logistics, tech, and design teams to ensure smooth operations
• Capture and share customer feedback to improve our products and services
🔹 Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Customer-first attitude with attention to detail
• 1–2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role
💼 Compensation: ₹23,000 to ₹26,000 per month (based on experience)
📍 Location: Jaipur (On-site)
🕒 Employment Type: Full-time
