Some support jobs are mostly about answering the same question twenty times a day.
This one is different.
At Gulf Associates, client communication matters because the work around it matters. We support organizations operating across markets, teams, and time zones, so when a client reaches out, they need someone who is clear, responsive, organized, and easy to work with.
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative who can help create that experience. You will handle client questions, keep communication moving, make sure requests are tracked properly, and help people get where they need to go without confusion or delay.
This role is fully remote. Because our clients operate internationally, we offer
different shift options designed to support clients across every time zone. That means this role suits someone who values structure, reliability, and the pace of global client-facing work.
What the work actually looks like
On one day, you might be replying to routine client questions, checking the status of open requests, and making sure follow-ups do not slip through. On another, you may be helping route a more sensitive issue to the right internal contact, updating records, and keeping the client informed so they are never left wondering what is happening.
You will not be expected to know everything on day one. You will be expected to communicate well, stay organized, and handle people professionally.
You would likely do well here if you:- write clearly and professionally in English
- stay calm when several things need attention at once
- are comfortable following process, but can also use judgment
- like being dependable and responsive
- can work remotely without constant supervision
- are available to work assigned shifts consistently
Experience
Previous experience in customer support, client service, coordination, administration, or similar work is useful, but we are open to people earlier in their career if they have the right communication style and work habits.
