About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Customer Support Agent to join our travel client’s support team. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support related to their travel bookings and inquiries. As a voice-based support agent, you will be responsible for handling customer calls, providing accurate information, and resolving issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with travel booking systems, particularly Sabre, and possess excellent communication skills. Qualifications
